Our on-boarding process

When you reach out to us, we will arrange a time to make a personal assessment of the person needing care, whether that is yourself or a loved-one. This helps us find the right carer to match with you, and we can chat in person about the things you are having difficulty with. This consultation is free, and enables us to put together a care plan for the individual along with the costs involved, so you can make an informed decision about whether you want to use our services.

All our consultations include a risk assessment,  environment assessment, and a personal assessment, finding out the needs you have, and what you and your family want. Everything is fully transparent and centred around your needs. Once you are happy to continue, we will assign regular carers to you, so you always have a familiar face to look forward to if possible.
